Worldwide Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping via UPS, DHL or EMS, depending your location.

All orders are shipped from our atelier in Hong Kong or our printing studio in mainland China.

All orders have track and trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Time

Typically 5-10 business days for printing and dispatching. Delivery time may vary between shipping methods and destinations. Typically 3-6 business days for international shipments.

Please note that some countries, remote cities, or islands may have longer delivery times.

We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, deliveries to remote places, etc.

Import Custom Duties and Taxes

Please be advised that local taxes and/or import duties may be applied and are not included in the shipping cost.

The payable taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office/tax authorities to get an idea of any extra payment that may apply.

Return Policy

For Prints

All prints are made-to-order and ineligible for returns. If your print arrives damaged, please snap some pictures and contact us.

For Frames

If the frame is assmbled with a art print, we can not accept returns.

If the frame is purchased seperately, we offer a 7-day return from the date of your receipt if you change your mind.

For Tote Bags

We offer a 7-day return from the date of your receipt if you change your mind.

For Customized Products

All customized orders are ineligible for returns.

To return your items, please contact our customer services.

The items must be returned in their original condition and the original undamaged packing or a similar protective tube or box. 

Please note that all returns happen at your own risk and expense.
